Spring House on the Park

My partner and I are so proud to live in this apartment complex! Megan and Victoria are the dream team. Additionally, maintenance has been nothing but responsive and efficient in our experience. The first time Jeremy came to complete a maintenance request, he brought Clorox wipes to clean up afterwards 🥲 so thoughtful We love the amenities like the gym, tennis court, pool and even the creek (though it’s not advertised as an amenity). There have been fun events almost monthly to foster a sense of community among residents, and I even got a happy birthday text which was lovely. There’s honestly so many positive things to say. The *only* negative has been parking availability, but I genuinely do not mind the extra steps :) I find it important to mention in case of physical ailments for prosp

Megan, the Head Manager, made me feel like more than just a transaction when I first dropped in for a tour. And she was empathetic to my life situation at the time. Victoria in the front office is also very pleasant. I have now lived at Spring House just shy of a year, and have renewed my lease for another year. Jeremy and the maintenance crew have always promptly addressed any maintenance issues I've had, and they did a great job of keeping sidewalks as clear as possible this past winter. And Peggy keeps the hallways/breezeways as tidy as possible. I've had a great experience all around, and I love the location as well!

The management team is always extremely nice and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have on a day to day basis. Maintenance are always quick to respond, and they tend to go above and beyond. They enforce quiet hour rules and no smoking on the property. Although the apartments are dated, in comparison to nearby properties, the maintenance and care put into upkeep ensure that my son and I have a safe place to call home.

I really love living in these apartments! They are very spacious. The office staff is the best ever! Victoria and Megan go way over and beyond to take care of the tenants. They are very friendly and greet us tenants by our first names. Both of these ladies were especially kind to me as a senior citizen who had not rented a apartment in many years. They remain a great help to me. The maintenance staff( Kurt ) is very efficient and respectful of our privacy. They fix things right away. A pleasure to live here!!!!

My daughter has lived at spring house apartments for 2 1/2 years . Her floor coming in her front door has been in very dangerous shape and leaning to one side since she has lived there and filed complaints after complaints .so 2 weekends ago she went on her baby moon and the maintenance man Jeremy told her the floor would be completely fixed by the time she gets home Sunday afternoon. So I was in charge of her dog . I came from Louisville and arrived Friday night at 730 the door was unlocked with the maintenance mans stuff sitting in front of the door and he was no where to be found . When he did appear I told him in a very series manor not to leave her door unlocked for no reason and leave she has expensive stuff here . Jeremy told me he was going to pour concrete but my daughter’s cats
