Just signed up for my second year and nothing has changed. Great service management and maintenance staff. I submit a maintenance issue and it is completed as soon as possible same day. Great place to live if you don’t have it like this then you’re living in the wrong development. October was the yearly check on each apartment. Even though extra work had to be done with the findings maintenance still manage to repair two repairs for me that I could have waited for in less than 2 days after being notified by me. The best service I’ve ever had in my apartment life. 11/2025 Maintenance team responded and did their usual quick and efficient repair. It so wonderful when the staff at an apartment treat your issues in such a manner. It makes living there a pleasure and you do t mind paying

I just moved into my new unit! I absolutely love it! The process was very smooth. ALL of the staff members were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire application process. Making me a priority for approval. On move in day, they accommodated me by assisting me with signing my lease early enough so that i could move all my things in early. While I was moving my belongings back and forth, neighbors greeted me and welcomed me to the property and offered to assist. I’m a single mom so that meant so much to me. It’s been about 3 days since I moved in and I did notice a few minor issues that was an easy fix. I put in a maintenance order and maintenance literally fixed it the same day in less than 3 hours after placing the order in. Honestly, th

*Bait & Switch apartments— the newly remodeled apartment I signed for was given to another. Was given an older unit. * 40 year old HVAC System that won’t keep you warm in winter. Space heaters trip the main breaker— which residents can’t access. Management sent an email requesting thermostat setting of 72 and bundling up! *Chlorine pill put in HVAC system made me sick- had to clean out the system myself and neutralize the chlorine gas. *Mice in unit- No prompt pest control— wait listed for weeks—we bought mice traps to remediate. Mold under 30 year old bathroom sink faucet—had to culture to prove toxicity and buy a faucet to persuade remedy. *Back sliding door lock didn’t catch— I fixed it. *20 year old ailing Dishwasher—sprays particles over dishes; washed dishes by hand. Nice place to visit. Very welcoming work staff . Wish I can afford to leave here, really seems like the right fit
