Spring House Apartments

I just recently moved in and it's been a very good experience so far. The staff is excellent and made the entire leasing/move process very easy. Ashleigh and Emma are fantastic. I have had to request help from maintenance a few times already. No major issues at all, just routine work. The maintenance staff came to do the repairs quickly. The maintenance crew have done great work, and are very friendly. Its also a very quiet neighborhood. Which was a welcome surprise. I definitely would recommend Spring House.

This was really discouraging apartment hunting. I visited Augusta to view apartments. When I arrived in the office at Springhouse Apts they told me it was AI who scheduled my tour. So they didn’t even expect me. Due to me Ubering I left my suitcase in the office with two office staff the manager and I am guessing an assistant. The other staff took me on my tour. Before going on the tour she gave me a black package which was information indicating the apartment cost, electricity etc. After leaving , I noticed the black folder package was removed from my shopping stitch pink bag. I spent so much money to travel from my city to Augusta only to be judged and someone from the office to go in my personal belonging and steal the package back. Not sure if it was a negative assumption or racism. My

This has been one of the best places I have lived in Augusta. Not only are the girls upfront helpful and friendly, but my apartment is perfect for me. Britnee, the manager, has made it such a smooth transition for me to move in and get adjusted quickly. They often have food trucks come in, and maintenance is always quick to respond. I wouldn't look any further than Springhouse if you're looking for a great location in Augusta with excellent amenities and breathtaking views that will inspire you every day.

I had almost given up the search for an apartment for my two boys and I until a friend recommended Spring House! I decided to ride by on my off day this week and I am so glad I did! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Rebekah! She stood to shake my hand and offered me some refreshments ,and even offered to show me an apartment right then! She made me feel right at home in the apartment, and even dealt with me measuring to make sure my furniture would fit! She answered every question I had about the application process, and took the time to show me their amenities! I am so thankful I decided to stop by, and even more grateful to Bekah for making this the easiest stop on my apartment hunt!

Super convenient location in a quiet and well-kept community. The office team has always been helpful and friendly and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it's been a comfortable and stress-free place to live. Highly recommend!
