I took a Buyer to Preview the Prescott home by Century Complete. It was a move-in ready home with a great price and plenty of incentives from the builder.
Beware.... bought a house from them 3 years ago... It's been a nightmare.. the home was poorly built in so many ways, but the biggest issue, every time it rains, water seeps in from under the walls. Yup, every time it rains hard. I've reached out to the company and they just ignore me. Go ANYWHERE else to build your home.
