Spring Hill Apartments

I love living here. It’s walking distance to downtown Plymouth, parks, the waterfront, the laundromat, and so many other things. The management staff is small but attentive and very friendly. Communication is good regarding necessary maintenance, and when we’ve needed help with something in the apartment, maintenance has been prompt. The landscaping is well maintained, as are the common areas such as the pool and barbecue patio. It’s quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Lots of families with kids here, and many people with dogs! Very family and pet friendly. We have to move soon and we’re very sad to be leaving, as we’ve loved our time here.

A beautiful and friendly place to live right the heart of Plymouth. Fully appointed amenities, lots to do. Laundry rooms are clean and conveniently located. The hills, brick walls, age old trees make for a lovely atmosphere.

Small parking spaces & not enough of them. Too many section eight tenants while we pay almost $2,000 a month. Trash situation is disgusting, last summer the trash shed was infested with rats & had to be torn down. Tenants leave their old furniture out by the trash but it never gets picked up Tenants above us have parties every weekend with loud music & banging. It use to be a good place but it’s gone way downhill
