Berkshire at The Pinehills

I toured the complex today for a dear friend that needs to make a sudden move. First point of contact was a quick phone pick up by Ryan who told me about the open house. The complex was tough to find, but worth it. Ryan warmly greeted me within a minute or two of walking into the lobby. He quick got a sense of what's important for my friend and mapped out the best flow to see units. I really liked the setup of the fitness room and the coziness of the common space. Everything seems like something the majority of the community would enjoy utilizing. The outdoor grounds are immaculate and the pool space looks like it will be a good time come summer. We stopped by today for an unplanned tour of the property. The property itself was beautiful and appeared to be very well cared for. The amenities were brand new and the lounge was very clean. When greeted by Ryan he was more than happy to give a tour of the property without advanced notice. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and the best apartment tour guide I ever worked with. We were especially amazed by his ability to guide us through most of the tour while walking backward! His attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend touring this apartment community.

Very helpful staff. I moved in at the beginning of December in 24’ and I must say between the attentive staff and friendly neighbors I absolutely love living here. I’ve been able to socialize and relax all at the comfort of my own home. And any issues that may arrive is a short walk to the office where everyone shows concern and finds potential ways for a solution. The staff really take pride in working here and it shows. Even just a “hello, how are you” as you walk in feels very welcoming. Love ALL the staff here and truly feel blessed for being able to have the opportunity to live here.

Ryan and Lina both greeted us as if we were their family as soon as we walked in. Ryan toured us with incredible enthusiasm and knowledge of the property. This place is wonderful and well kept. Worth looking into.

We stopped by yesterday for an impromptu tour with Ryan and cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and friendly he was, not to mention incredibly impressive in how he managed to give almost the entire tour while walking backwards without bumping into anything! ;) His attentiveness was so appreciated. The facilities were beautiful and seemingly well maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience!
