Hanover Colony Place

Initially, I would like to note that approximately 90% of the reviews are from individuals who toured the complex but do not actually reside here. In my opinion, this establishment is not worth the cost. Maintenance and cleaning services are only provided for Building One, while the remaining buildings are neglected. Throughout the winter season, Building Two had a broken door, which remained unrepaired for several months. At one point, a makeshift replacement (a stick) for the door knob was implemented. The door remained unlocked for months, allowing unauthorized access. Residents often prop open the doors with rocks to facilitate visitor access, compromising security. Parking is a significant issue. I frequently had to park three buildings away due to the lack of a designated guest parki

We had a wonderful experience touring Hanover Colony Place this past weekend, thanks to Sydney! From the moment we arrived, she made the entire process feel smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. She was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with, which made the tour feel less like a sales pitch and more like a conversation. Sydney took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel excited and confident about the community. We truly appreciated her professionalism and great personality, she made a lasting impression. Highly recommend touring with her!

My partner and I lived here for the past year and just moved out. The inside of our apartment was great and the pool and gym are nice, but we had experiences that made us feel uncomfortable continuing to live here. The maintenance team does regular maintenance for water and air filters. The first time they came, I’d scheduled for them to come when I was home since we have cats that love to escape. The guys were an hour late but did their work quickly and left. The water filter they installed was broken and was leaking all over the kitchen. In five minutes the water had leaked down through the ceiling of the apartment below. Sarah from the office has been willing to work with me since posting a negative review she has done everything to correct the issues I’ve been having. Daryl one of the maintenance people has been great and really does a good job. I appreciate the effort that has recently been made.

Place is actually the biggest joke. They sell you on the “luxury” living when in reality the place is a dump. At least once a week the trash compactor breaks and everyone just drops trash outside of it, outside doors constantly broken, dogs left outside to bark all day/night. We had to get a garage because even paying for reserved parking people would take our spot. Our upstairs neighbor constantly woke our baby up and after multiple complaints to the leasing office with nothing done my fiancé asked the neighbor to be quiet which then turned into the leasing office threatening us with their legal team because instead of asking someone nicely to be quiet we should call the cops? The guy below us abused his girlfriend to the point cops were called multiple times and he was finally arrested,
