Spring Gate

This is my second time living in these apartments, I have loved this spot for many reasons! Its quaint, and in a quiet little corner between Callaway and Panama City! Its right next to a woodsy area so you hear birds chirping in the morning,. There are personal porch areas for each unit which gives a bit of privacy and extra hangout room for family and friends! 🩷 The management team is so well organized and kind. Jennifer is so kind and always helpful! I would recommend this spot for people who enjoy peace and quiet, and affordable rent as well as a management team that knows what they are doing!

Jennifer is amazing. She helped me get into my apartment in one day. I love my little affordable apartment. There is plenty of parking and the landscaping is nice. On site laundry is awesome and convenient. They will let you pay the rent bill online and have flexible payment options too. I'm so happy to be home at Spring Gate Apartments.

I stopped by randomly to see if there was an apartment to tour. Jennifer was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the apartment, utility services available. She also helped me understand the management process for applying and what a move in would need. On top of that, she was super friendly and a joy to speak with.

Update!!!!! I wrote this post the first day of moving in and let's just say I should of waited till I had settled. We only stayed here a week and it was an absolute nightmare. Our apartment was infested with cockreaches and fleas. It was absolutely horrendous. I broke the lease and wrote my complaint to the company. They didn't care and apparently just expected my family with two children one being non verbal and special needs to not break the lease even though the conditions were un livable, and send me to collections. Also I may add that it had such a horrendous smell all the time in not sure if it was mold or not. Stay far away from this place!!! I stopped by and was greeted with a smiling face and wonderful and helpful property manager Jennifer bird! She was just delightful very helpful. Thank you for having such a sweet and kind person working foe you. Along with great prices on the apartments there !
