Everyone that I talked to and worked with were, polite, efficient, knowledgeable and straightforward. The report was very beneficial and detailed. It was a new home and rather than just assume everything was perfect they went through in great detail. They took calls in person, they called back when they said they would, the replied to e-mails. They conducted themselves honestly and with integrity. I highly recommend them.

In the course of nearly 2 months, I had 2 inspections done by Team Patriots Building Solutions at my new construction: a pre-drywall inspection & a final inspection. From the time I requested a quote & throughout the process, I’ve been in constant contact with Ronnie who has handled every communication and both inspections with great professionalism, flexibility & dedication. The final inspection was scheduled for last Friday (9/19/25) but when Ronnie reported on site, the house wasn’t ready for the inspection (although the builder had been notified in advance). Ronnie called me immediately to report the situation and offered without hesitation to return early Monday morning to get the job done!
