Spring Gardens Apartments

I lived in these apartments for four years and I do not recommend them. The units are not in good condition, and the maintenance they provide is minimal. My unit leaked everywhere every time it rained, and they never dried the carpets. The walls were all cracked. The air conditioning does not work properly, and maintenance would just say, “The units are old; they’re never going to cool. It is what it is.” I was paying electric bills of over $300 all summer. My unit had MOLD and it smelled horrible and I completely since 2023, and they did nothing about it. My upstairs neighbors moved out for the exact same reason. Another neighbor told me she had the same issue with bad odors in her apartment. These people only take your rent money, but they do not care about maintaining the units. If you

It’s ok.. Only bad thing about the place is that they don’t have strict smoke policies.. The apartment since day one smelt like strong cigarettes and still continues. Even when we complained about it and to see if anything can be done. Nun got done. It’s a nice place but they needa do better.

I would like to express that I’m a fairly new tenant at Spring Garden Apartments off Florence Avenue in Vineland. I have to say that in the time I’ve been here I am very pleased with the overall care that the property management provides for tenants. If you are looking for a nice clean, quiet and well cared apartment units this is where you want to live. Stop at the Leasing office and ask for Amanda Or Carlos, they are very professional pleasant, and always ready to help you. Deborah ☺️

My name is Erica E. I was living in Spring Gardens Since Corsa Management was there. Now we have a new management that has taken over. Named Gold Crest Properties, the first week they have taken over spring gardens, the property manager Carlos moved on a situation I have been waiting to get fixed. He moved on it very fast. He’s kind, patient and very attentive to the tenants needs. I was complaining about this since I moved in. It took Gold Crest properties to get it all done in a short amount of time. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT, LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH TENANTS, NOTHING IS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER! As a resident of these apartments for more than 10 years DON’T DO IT! You’re better off living somewhere else. We have been waiting for management to approve the replacement of our AC that completely broke down because it was so old, for OVER A MONTH NOW! At one point our apartment reached 95 DEGREES DURING A HEAT WAVE! We had to sleep in the living room with our balcony door and windows open for more than one night! We also had to insist on them giving us a window unit before they had someone come out and “take a look at it”. It’s a small, old window unit that only cooled one of our two rooms! We had to ask friends and family for another window unit which we now have set up in the other room AND
