Spring Creek Luxury Living

Just getting settled and we are so amazed with this property. The staff are all very friendly, polite, and professional. It has been many years since my husband and I rented and the staff made the transition very easy for us. The property itself is new and very well designed. The apartment has an open airy concept with natural lighting, high-end appliances, heated underground parking and a very well designed and stocked Pet Wash area! The community area is beautiful right down to the fireplace and kitchen to rent for parties or family get togethers. The Staff also hold monthly planned activities for the Residents in the community area. There is a full exercise room that is clean and well stocked. Two years at Spring Creek and I really loved it here. The apartments are beautiful and cozy. I had a 1 bedroom corner unit that was surprisingly spacious with plenty of storage, and a beautiful view. The area & tenants have been quiet and respectful. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff (not to mention the hundreds of packages they handed off to me!) as well as quick & efficient maintenance with any issues. I am really going to miss this place! Thank you Spring Creek & associates for making this such a wonderful place to call home.

I moved in during summer of 2023, and Spring Creek has been a fantastic place to live for me. I have a 1 bed and 1 bath and I am really happy with my apartment, I feel it is roomy and the color scheme of the walls and interior gives it home-y feel. I use the Grand-room alot and it has always been clean and welcoming and great place to work/study. The Gym actually also has a cable machine, you cannot see a picture of that machine on the website, but it's there. So the gym is better than what the website shows. Also there is a row machine on the second floor of the Gym. Also, I am in the 1605 building and I have never had trouble finding parking. I've lived at Spring Creek for 6 years. Spring Creek will forever hold a special place in our memories. During the 6 years we've lived here we've adopted a puppy, gotten engaged, married, had our first child here and are now expecting a second baby at the end of the year. While I'm thrilled to be moving to a bigger space for our growing family, I am so grateful for this place and all the memories we have made here. Thank you to the entire Spring Creek staff for being here for us day and night, and walking back to get us packages probably thousands of times at this point. I have been a resident of this property since 2020. In that time I have had few interactions with management. Most were positive, one was extremely negative, however after that interaction, building management took it upon themselves to recognize the situation was not good for anyone, met with me, and we discussed and moved past it. I have updated my review as requested by the building to reflect that we have met and addressed my issue in a satisfactory way. Generally, the property is excellent. The units are spacious and construction quality is excellent, and generally the noise is quite minimal (I have only lived on the top floor, I can't speak for upstairs neighbors but your neighbors on the side you'll barely notice.)
