Absolutely adore Aubrey! Shes sweet kind and goes all out making this place a home! Ive been here about 6 months and wouldnt think about going anywhere else! She treats everyone like family and does everything in her power to get things done when needed! Shes always been there even if its just someone to talk to and to be a friend 🧡 literally the best management ive come across living in apartments. Thank you for going above and beyond even when not asked!

Aubrey is wonderful. She gets things done and organized. She's available to talk to if you have an issue. She is very organized and does her job well. These apartments are a nice place to live. She is very efficient.

I just moved in recently. This is one of the few apartments I can afford near downtown that has also done updates, so I actually want to live here. It’s also right off a trail, has great mountain views, and they allow pets. I’ve lived in the Cragmor neighborhood a year now, so was happy to find a place nearby.

I’ve been living here for about a year and it’s been great. It’s cheap and affordable while still meeting my needs. The laundry is free and maintenance is always on top of fixing things. The front deck staff is great and accommodating, Jennifer and Cynthia have been wonderful. Hoping to see the pool get fixed this year :) but overall would renew my lease.

Do NOT Move here! They have a massive homeless problem (pictures included, 9am btw) that they refuse to fix and install locks on the doors, many of which do drugs and fentanyl in the buildings. One apartment had to be closed because of fentanyl use. The cops refuse to help out regardless of drug activity around children because "you're not the owner" and so you cant have them removed. Also heat does not work in the majority of the buildings; which, leads to pipes breaking and so frequent flooding. Extreme neglect from every owning company, including current one.
