Spring Creek by Century Communities

Cesario, Rolando, and all of the team members here at Spring Creek did an amazing job helping me find, and building my first ever home. They were so attentive, helpful, and caring throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend Century Communities for anyone looking to buy a home.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We moved into our Century Communities home in April and have been uncovering problem after problem ever since. The quality is sloppy, the attention to detail nonexistent, and the customer service is painfully slow. Right now, our master shower in a brand new home has been torn apart since August 5th and 6th, and apparently won’t be repaired until August 20th. Nearly three weeks without a functioning shower in the master, and Century’s answer is basically, “Too bad, we can’t get anyone sooner.” For a builder of this size, it’s laughable that they have no other options. Javi, the sales rep, was very helpful assisting my clients and I. He showed us several homes, and we were very impressed by the Floorplan layouts and quality in craftsmanship. You can tell the builder has a great eye for detail. We also appreciated the follow up emails, text and videos Javi sent us. Buyers are getting a quality home and a sales rep who cares. I plan on bringing future buyers to this builder again.

I can’t effectively express how exceptional Eric has been. He has been a sales rep that has gone the extra mile and then some about five times. He’s been extremely patient with me, advocate for me when people don’t answer the phone, has fought to get me the best deal, and has just been authentically exceptional from the very first day that I met him. He’s followed up with me and even when I told him that I was going to go with another builder, he still treated me well and stated that he wanted the best for my son and I… and if I was happy with someone/somewhere else, then so be it. However, the house itself has granite or quartz countertops, and it is pre-plumbed for a water softener. A green belt behind the house and is in a generally quiet area.
