This place is horrible ! Never Rent Here! Poor communication! Poor maintenance service! I just moved out in February and still don’t have my deposit back. This place is disgusting and unprofessional. My kitchen sink was broke for 7 months and they never came to fix it . My kitchen sink was flooded and clogged up for so many days, gnats was starting to get bad and the smell was unbearable! I reached out over 8 times about that SINK! The sink was not my only issue but was just the main issue that stressed me out horribly. My door was not secured , the entrance door was not secured and also my patio door was not secured . The day I moved out , some gang members got into the complex and shot up a young man that stayed above me! This place is the worse.I can go on and on about this place , I

This place is a scam. I gave them my $1,500 deposit, signed the lease, and was due to move into a townhome over a month ago. When it came time to move in, they tried to put me in an apartment that I never signed a lease on. The manager said they would put me in the townhome I signed a lease on and still never did. I asked for my deposit back and I got the run around. I contacted the property management company and never heard back. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't seen my $1,500 back or my new townhome. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!! I had a appointment set up to meet at Spring Creek Apt for a tour today 4/12/2023 at 4:30. Upon arrival there is a sign stating they where close. Noone had the decency to call and inform me of closing. The appointment was put in on Monday. And you close on Wednesday. I am sure they received a notification that I will be there. Waste of my time after driving nearly 45 minutes and noone had the decency to give me a curiosity call. Bad Business.!!

this is the worst place to live. management is unresponsive, you’re safety is at risk & you will never get anything fixed. please don’t rent with these people. i should sue for the life threatening situations i’ve been put in living here.

I have been living at this complex almost Three years, and the office personnel are so professional and knowledgeable and polite, any time I needed help or something fixed , maintenance was always there to help, information regarding rental assistance programs, was provided for me as well by the office staff. I love living here…
