Spire Deer Valley

Make sure you review you lease promotion because they will try to scam you into get thinking you’ll get an offer in the beginning of your lease. they are scammer and giving different offer to new residence some of 12 weeks and some of 6 weeks. also they are saying all apartments are full but on the website more than 10 apartments showing available from last 2 months Does not follow the az rental guidelines and policies so be prepared to do your research on that because they will try to get you. I own multiple properties and have never in counter this. I only signed a lease here to review how others are doing and this is definitely not it. Do you research and ask questions BEFORE signing a lease .

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Spire Deer Valley. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything. I especially want to shout out Anji — she consistently goes above and beyond. Her professionalism, kindness, and quick responses have made my experience here even better. Highly recommend Spire Deer Valley to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I wish I could give this 5+ stars! I toured Spire a couple of months ago and was thoroughly impressed, especially by Anji, the leasing agent I was assigned. She is the main reason I was sold on Spire at Deer Valley. Anji is incredibly personable, kind, and welcoming—I truly felt at home with her. The community itself is exceptional, and the amenities are some of the best I have seen, especially for the price. This is certainly a luxury apartment complex. I toured a few others but none compared. I even went back a couple of days ago with my mom so she could see it, and she was equally impressed. Anji was the highlight for her as well—she has a fun personality, is genuine, personable, honest, and makes you feel completely at home. Anji has been very helpful throughout the leasing process,

PLEASE BE AWARE!! The managing property is very unprofessional. They will try to scam you so make sure you keep a copy of your lease and get legal advice on it before you sign. They do not answer back emails or phone calls when it comes close to your lease ending and you not wanting to renew. I have been calling and emailing for several days with NO ANSWER. The property is very nice but it is NOT worth dealing with the property management and how unprofessional they are. Please be aware.

This place is by far the best place to live. It is super close to my work. My favorite is the pool area and the free coffee- they just put in a new coffee machine. The office is friendly. The new manager listens and follows up. Maintenance guys keep the complex clean and always picking up dog poop. I love it here!
