I had a great experience with Ikia, she was so welcoming and sweet and even offered to make me a coffee when i didn’t know how to use the machine. If you’re looking into moving in here, she is nothing short of the best at addressing all your questions and concerns. Awesome experience 10/10!

I placed an emergency maintenance request late last night, and despite the hour, JD responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency. He quickly identified and resolved the issue while maintaining a courteous and respectful demeanor throughout the entire visit. I put in a work order, and Rashad came out the same day. He did an outstanding job. My stove's heating element was acting up, and he fixed it quickly with no hassle. Since I work from home, I appreciated how quiet and efficient he was while completing the repair. I also asked him to replace the sprayer on my sink, and he handled that perfectly. Excellent service all around and thank you Rashad.

Best of luck to who moves into my apartment after I move out, we have one bathroom where a toilet barely wants to flush and the other bathroom where the sink is constantly stopped up if you run water for too long and drano can only get you so far. Also I must’ve hit the neighbor jackpot with the neighbors next door and below me, you have husbands will wake you up out of your sleep because they’re yelling so loud and disrespecting their wife and calling them vulgar names it’s crazy and scary. You sometimes wonder if you should call the cops for the woman’s safety especially when one of them has a baby. One of them is so bad I have my suspicions if they’re abusive to the wife who doesn’t live with him but when she comes over just be prepared for some arguing, and it’s been going on for well
