I recently had an issue with one of their drivers and emailed the company for them to address it. They responded almost immediatly and took care of the issue right away. As a small business owner I can appreciate this level of professionalism and how they personally took care of it right away. I do want to stress I have not worked with them in a construction/tenant type situation but just from the level I worked with them on it seemed like a very well ran company.

Absolute ghouls. I have been left for days without working utilities more times than I can count. This will be the second weekend in a row I am being left with no running water and no alternative accommodations due to frozen pipes. I was told there is nothing that will be done and I will just have to wait for them to thaw out - when temps will be at or below freezing for the foreseeable future. I guess they expect me to use the trash can as a toilet, and nevermind showering for work. Don't expect to be treated with any decency or dignity when you rent from SPG.

I am back sharing how my experience living in this companies apartments! The laundry room is infested with roaches and has mold downstairs. On multiple different occasions I have seen mice inside and outside of the building. The hallway smells absolutely disgusting. While living here we have had continuous problems. Maintenance entered without permission or notice and they tried to hide it and lie, our heat didn’t work for 2 months (with an infant living here), there is nicotine melting from the walls in the bathrooms from previous tenants and they tried to paint over it (it didn’t work), the “landlord” is very unprofessional and would never call me back when we had MAJOR issues while living here (I was told MULTIPLE times that she would be reaching out to us and not once did I receive a p

Great room for our bridal shower! We had 36 guests. The space is large enough to comfortably move around but also create the intimate atmosphere we were hoping to achieve. The staff at SPG, Jamie & Megan, were great with communication both before and after our event. Room, kitchenette, & bathroom were clean and stocked with necessities. Wonderful space for any smaller event. Only negative is the 3 flights of stairs to get into the event space.

I schedule a tour of an apartment. I show up to the apartment. I am not able to get in. I call them. I was told the apartment is no longer available. Why was I not told earlier? I ask about the other apartments in the same building. I was told they do not manage those apartments, that I can find all available apartments on their website. I go to their website. And guess what. The original apartment I went to look at is still listed, and not only that, but the 3 apartments next door is also listed on their website. First impressions were definitely not great. Very incompetent. I am glad I will not be doing business with them
