Spencer Crossing Apartments

I have been living here for four months and I already can’t wait to move out. The property seems very nice from the outside and upon walk through but I’ve had issue after issue since day one. It was hard to get in touch with someone to even lease here and had to go in person several times. When I got the keys to my unit everything wrong that needed to be fixed in the unit that I saw doing a walk through before I had signed the lease was not fixed after an office staff had said they would put in work orders to fix everything. I was under the impression that in would be impecable as I toured a different unit and it was in perfect condition so I thought my unit would be done up to that same standard. After I moved all my items I discovered my stove was roach infested. They did remove it right

0 stars! DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR NO REASON! THE MAINTENANCE STAFF Isiah Riggins work Badge was found in my purse in my closet. He had absolutely no reason to be near my personal items. When I reported this issue, the property manager JaWanda Adams did nothing but try to cover for Isiah. I moved out immediately because I felt unsafe. Do not move here! Not to mention you can never get in touch with the leasing office. Work orders never gets completed timely and don’t keep up with the apartments. move here at your own risk.

This place is absolutely over charging their current residents. They advertise a 1 bedroom for $875-979 and offer renewal for current loyal residents a rate of $1200-1400! Maintenance is subpar to say the least! This company Ginko is absolutely a RIP OFF!

Scheduled for a tour, they did not meet me. After they sent me so many reminders to show up. I called the number they gave only to be transferred to automated system. Left message, texted, and email. Waste of time.

I lived here for three yrs and the only thing I liked was the spacious one bedroom it gave me a lot of space,but u could holly get to talk to anyone when u call the office,when my lease was up 3/31/2024 I made my move this place has really gone down hill,it's not kept up at all,I'am glad I have moved and now I'am fighting for my security deposit that is owe to me..
