I have lived at 2 of their properties for the past 25 years...I have no complaints! In my current location the neighbors are a mix of races, backgrounds and professions. Everyone is so friendly and neighborly, many living here for years and years! The management does everything possible to get maintenance done and accommodate the tenants with in reason...(as you can imagine some people can be a bit unreasonable).If your looking for a place to call home, talk to the managers and maybe a neighbor or two.....don't make assumptions.

I've lived at Cambridge Court Apartments for almost 4 years and it's very nice here! It's kept up very nicely and the apartment is upgraded with beautiful amenities. The grounds are beautifully kept and the manager is very responsive. I would highly recommend it here!

This is the most blatantly racist property management company. I lived in one of their properties and only because I had a Caucasian roommate otherwise I’m sure I would never have been able to live there. I realized their racism and I informed them of my realization and they then ceased accepting rent from me. The individuals who work for this company should be fired and banned from ever working for any company. They employ a racist brown broad who wants to be white so bad and she thinks being white means that you must hate block people. She’s the worst. This must end, enjoyment in life and home should not be based on skin color.Racial discrimination is unacceptable and people who commit discrimination should live in a work camp for racist hateful ignorant “humans”. Lived in a Spectrum property for nearly 20 years. Emergencies handled immediately. Maintenance handed within a reasonable time if not available same or next day. The community here is of mixed races, religions, familial status, etc. Fairness exhibited across the board.

I was a tenant of this company for about 10 years and they took care of everything during my tenancy there. My property manager Yadi was great at communicating and helping out with maintenance requests. Thank you
