After having a bad experience with Well Fargo Mortgage six days before our closing date, we decided to go with Spectrum Global Financial. Thanks to the senior loan officer, James Nemeh, we closed in less than three weeks, without complications! He was able to work hard and do wonders to meet the deadline we had for closing. During this Panademic things are crazy but you always want to make sure you are on top of things so to make things easy make sure you every type of financial information from the get go that way no hiccups expect to close within 40 to 60 days. If you you get done in less time then that is bonus. James helped out with my loan along with getting a great rate.
