Spectra Parks

Wonderful place!! Close to a local grocery, downtown is about 15 away, and right in the middle to get you north or south ATX. The apartments are a great price point for quality and luxury!! Staff are very helpful and attentive to detail, maintenance is amazing, and culture is peaceful.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Spectra Parks Apartments. The community is very dog-friendly with two dog parks, which is perfect for pet owners. The front office staff is always happy to help and very welcoming. The pool is also super refreshing and a great place to relax. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

Renting through airbnb, I’d encourage everyone to go direct as Airbnb haven’t been the best but the team here are amazing. Maintainance team treat me like their own guest. Super protective helpful and handy. Thanks!

Was there for 15 months and my personal experience we did not have any roaches when we first got there then after a while we started getting what seemed like infested with roaches. It was so bad that when we had to move I had to throw away any smaller appliances I had like my expensive keuring because it was infested with roaches in the inside. And when they did come to do the “pest control” it was only the little paper glue traps. Management is very friendly though, but then was charged $170 just for 4 holes where we screwed in the tv even though we were on the plan to take $25 dollars out every month even if we didn’t get our deposit down back. Pool was also almost always dirty. Handy man are very nice too.

I have lived here since June 13 of 2025. It’s very nice apartment very clean. Very nice quiet I enjoy the pool. It’s awesome. Got a workout room. It’s got like a party room with the pool table. It’s a really nice place. You have to come check it out and make it your new home.
