Spectra at Tamarac

I recently reached out to Spectra at Tamarac while exploring housing options for a family member, and I had a great experience with their team. I’m giving four stars because I haven’t toured the property yet, but Spectra at Tamarac is definitely on my radar. My experience with their team so far has been excellent. The staff has been professional, responsive, and very helpful in answering my questions during the inquiry process. They made everything feel easy and welcoming, which says a lot about how they treat prospective residents. Based on customer service alone, they’ve made a strong impression. I’m looking forward to touring soon.

When I showed up in April of 2020 for my appointment with Yadaris, she knew of my urgency to find a place for me and my son. There were 3 apartments left and she showed me all 3, with kindness and patience. When I saw the last one I knew I was HOME. Then shortly after I signed my paperwork and getting settled in, my other son was looking for a place and he chose Spectra as well. The entire process went smoothly for both of us. The area is peaceful and the neighborhood is nice. Highway access is easy and there are lots of restaurants, gas stations and stores close by. There are 2 pools that are well maintained with BBQ grills and an Amazon pick up section across the street from the leasing office. They also have a newly remodeled gym which is very nice. I had an amazing tour with Marcella! She was super professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The entire team was incredibly sweet and made the whole experience for me easy and stress-free. The property is very nice and well-kept. I can't wait to move in soon!
