Spectator Apartments

I have been here since 2022 and I’ve loved it since. The amenities are awesome and the people are even better. They consistently have fun events and they actually listen to the residents. If you come here then get connected with the GroupMe. The community is awesome.

Staying at Spectator has been a really positive experience for me. I’ve lived here for almost two years in a one-bedroom, and the price has been fair for the area—especially considering it’s within walking distance to The Battery and Braves Stadium. I have an interior corner unit facing the pool, which has been great. The wraparound balcony is a nice bonus, and the floor plan is unique compared to the standard layouts you usually see. I also want to shout out the office staff and maintenance team—they’re all genuinely cool and easy to work with. Brooke and Zarina are always welcoming and ready to help whenever they can, and Sean consistently stays on top of things to make sure residents’ needs are taken care of. Overall, it’s been a solid place to call home.

Moved from a home to this apartment complex && I’ve had no issues! The front desk staff are the nicest. They make sure to make you feel seen. Maintenance is super responsive && gets work orders done literally as soon as they’re able. So effective. The cleaning people are superb! The hallways and main areas are ALWAYS clean && smell heavenly. Even though pets are allowed, that is also well-controlled && you can’t tell pets really live here. The parking deck gate has always worked since we moved in lol so no complaints literally! Well sometimes the trash people will miss a day or so, but the staff is on it && gets it handled too!

Brooke was absolutely amazing! She took the time to walk me through both open floor plan options and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. it was spectacular and beautifully laid out. The apartment felt bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed.

I have been a resident since June, and I absolutely love it here! The upkeep and cleanliness is 10/10. The maintenance here is amazing and gets it done fast. Management acts fast as well if we need anything and are super friendly!
