Another predatory real estate company whose sole aim in business is to squeeze as much as they can out of everyday people. I'm living in their Northampton Hathaway townhouse complex, which they acquired from the people who actually built it. All I've seen them do is algorithmically set prices ($300 monthly price difference between spring and winter leases for the same unit) and remove services without lowering rent (no more trash pickup, so we have to take our trash all the way to the only dumpster on the premise)
