Spaulding Hills Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Spaulding Hills Apartments. The staff is professional, understanding, and communicates clearly. I was late on my rent at one point, and they worked with me instead of making the situation stressful, which I truly appreciated. Whenever I have an issue in my apartment, maintenance responds quickly and accurately, and the problem gets resolved without delay. The staff is respectful, supportive, and easy to talk to, which makes living here a positive experience. Overall, I’m grateful to live in a community where the staff genuinely cares and is willing to help. I would recommend this apartment community to others.

Current resident about to move! 2 years living here was the best. Honestly carol was the best, she was always so attentive to my needs! I had no issue living here. I’m leaving becuase I’ll be a homeowner! The perks is you will find everything near so convenient. I will miss this place!

Spaulding Hills is the most incompetently managed complex that I have ever lived in. Initially the apartment seemed old but ok. Don’t be fooled! The “renovated” apartments have slight cosmetic upgrades, but have single-pane windows from 20 years ago, worn-out electrical outlets that your charger will fall out of, and that dishwasher falls out upon opening! The assistant property manager S, while being friendly, is the laziest property professional who accomplishes nothing, even when the complex needs to fix billing or even return a phone call! Our entire first floor flooded with several inches of sewer water backing up from the main line, and it was hours until they had a plumber on site, who recommended to replace the cheap laminate panel floor due to contamination. Michelle was very professional , and detailed I was very pleased with the town home unit and the property was very clean especially by the trash area.

Really great quiet community! Clean property and Very small and semi private!! It’s not a huge complex I love that!! The neighbors are friendly and respectful. Carol is by far the patient and most responsive attentive property manger ever!! She will get the job done! She has brought so many new and exciting changes to the property!! My favorite is having access to the gym after hours
