Right from the start she listened to what our needs were (which were many), and she came through. It took time to find "the one" but when we did, she fielded all of our questions with the sellers agent, negotiated price, and much more. The closing process was a breeze. Stephanie is just a lovely person through and through, and she is so easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

The air was always out, the lawn was always unmanaged, there were ants and mice. Hell! My very first night there, the air was out and there was no hot water. There was an issue with the kitchen light, the bathroom door was coming apart, the "brand new" washer didn't work, they put a lock on the door to where the AC unit was but then wanted me to change the filter and give them its measurements; sorry, can't help you, I do not have access to that part of the house, but thanks for that, that was also real helpful when this is also where the cable line is supposed to be ran... I am very pleased with the experience I had from the application process to the move in . It was quick and efficient. Everyone was nice and honest ! I recommend this company because it gives people with unfavorable credit a second chance. Stephanie and her team have been so amazing thru this whole process!! My mother only had so much money 2 work with and Stephanie was able to find her an amazing place with everything she was looking for and more!
