My experience has been wonderful. I have lived here about 12 years. The staff is great and takes care of your needs in a timely fashion. I have known the office manager Amanda since 2013. I consider her a friend. She treats residence with such kindness. I love living here. All the staff are just friendly and kind.

The maintenance personnel are really what keep me here. Mike in particular has been super helpful this summer with issues in my unit. I really appreciate all of the staff working together to make sure all of the updates and repairs were kept on track and done properly. It’s such a great comfort to know that they will respond very quickly most often the same day for any issues. They are so courteous and helpful. Always finding ways to be helpful and resolve issues asap. They are very kind and respectful. Management does a fantastic job hiring the best facilities managers and it has really been the best benefit of being a resident here.

He went above and beyond to resolve a leak in my bathroom. From the moment he arrived, Mike demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a deep understanding of the issue at hand. This is one of the best apt complexes I’ve lived in. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The leasing manager (Jacquelyn) always responds promptly and is so helpful! Maintenance is also quick to resolve any issue you have as well. They do a great job bringing the small community together with food vendors, photo ops, activities and more. Apartments are very spacious and have an extra storage area. It is a safe & convenient location as well! Dog parks ✅ pool ✅ playground ✅ balcony ✅ picnic areas ✅ gated community ✅

In the year and a half that I have lived here, I have been very pleased with management as well as the apartment itself. The apartments are well cared for and the management team are always courteous and attentive to the needs of their tenants. 09/11/25 A few days ago my refrigerator went out and it was on a Sunday. After calling the emergency number, Mike, one of our maintenance crew came over and accessed that it needed to be replaced and by late Monday he was back installing the new fridge. Today Mike returned and added my ice maker. This is a great place to live.
