Spark Waldorf

I have been living in Spark since it was Holly Station. I have seen a lot of changes. The best changes I have experienced is the new management company and new staff in the leasing office. Marco, Vanessa and Chelsea have been angels to me during the past year. I had to move from one unit to another. My needing to move had nothing to do with the community. It was the nightmare of the neighbors next to me that made me want to move.Vanessa was very helpful and compassionate when I came to her with my issues. Marco was also very understanding and empathetic to my situation. Chelsea had came onboard during my transition from one unit to another. Chelsea jumped right in, and was very helpful, even though she was new and had just gotten wind of my issues with the neighbors, she handled the situa

I just want to take a moment to shout out Marcos, Vanessa, and the maintenance team because they have all been AMAZING. My kids and I aren’t from here, and we’ve been struggling trying to find something affordable and safe that actually felt like home. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and like we were in good hands. Marcos literally helped me through every single step — the application, explaining the paperwork, all the move-in requirements — everything. He was patient with all my questions (and I had a lot 😂), and he made sure I understood what I was signing before anything happened. He didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off… just real patience and kindness the whole way. And the maintenance staff? They are on it! Super friendly, quick to respond. Upon movi

I just want to take this time to let management team no that thanks to marcos I have finally got my barn door put up It's been 30 days that i have been a tenant here and he thought it was done, in that first week until, i told him on last friday and it was done on monday a holiday. That was awsome and i thanked him so much. And not lets forget my girl vanessa Amazing.

February will be 7 years I’ve been here. I pretty much for the most part rarely have issues. Maintenance handles my issues. Marcos and Vanessa always hear my issues and correct my problems. The new Property Manager Chelsea is very efficient. I appreciate her she always responds back and does her best correcting any issues I have. I send emails but I never get a sense I’m bothering her so I appreciate her alot and the staff. Thank you

I can't express how grateful I am for Marcos! Since joining the Sparks community, he has truly exceeded expectations to ensure our move-in experience has been flawless. Even with minor concerns like parking, he has swiftly addressed everything before it became an issue.
