Week+ wait for communication on issues, sometimes a month. Repair and maintenance issues go over a month in almost all cases before anything is done. Safety hazards not taken seriously. Overall left feeling like no one ultimately cares. Definitely not living up to their mission statement. Lack of empathy.

We love our new apartment! Everything has gone smoothly - from setting up a tour to moving in, the staff, like Lisa, have been responsive and helpful. We've had to put in a couple maintenance requests for little things, and we've gotten them fixed very quickly with great communication from staff, like Steve. We are so appreciative of the care that has been put into our building.
