One of the cutest and coziest apartments inside you'll ever see but in reality they need to be torn down and start all over again ...I lived there off and on for several yrs but they need to just go and start fresh again.

Two things will be expected of you to remain in good standing with the apartment complex first of all do not dumpster dive don’t go digging in a dumpster next make your life interesting by not being a voyager and exhibitionist. Mini blinds should also serve as a shield for you again I moved in October 2021 and I’ve been back once in the past four years at friends at that time they introduced themselves to me and we’re there for about a six month lease for me. I fell in love there and I met friends at the apartment complex across the street, not the state mental hospital

Sad to say I miss the old apartment manager, inspite of what she done…. These slumlords that they have now… they don’t send maintenance men out, I reported issues in my apartment a month ago and NOONE has come, going in the office she seems as though she has a look of disgust on her face like you’re wasting her time, They’re only in the office the 1st-5th of the month Some people just don’t need to run complexes

Just moved into the apartment and it was super clean, the staff is great. Maintenance people are very attentative. Management is good about getting things done. Also it's close to my job and everything around. Great restaurants, laundry mat.

The worst place in San Antonio. My front door has been kicked in and patched several times, a/c hasn't worked in 3 months, and the bathroom sealing is falling in. Not to mention the rent money was stolen.
