Wow, I saw "starting at" $1,695 for a one bedroom and almost stopped reading. But then I saw basically everything is included in the monthly rental fee. - All Appliances Included - Washer & Dryer - All Utilities Included - High Speed Wi-Fi Included - Eco-Friendly Experience Interesting approach! Looks new, so I am sure the units will begin to fill up, and I can circle back and read first-hand accounts of how living here feels and how their payment structure holds up.

Way over priced plus a $300 monthly fee bc they're solar, meanwhile an electric bill would be less than half of that. No outdoor space, 600 square feet for $1,300 with that fee built in... and it's in the middle of nowhere. It's the farthest from "the heart of sebring" as you can get... good luck

Very nice to see and have a very affordable property which includes all of the utilities in the rent. Hope this brings more traffic and business to this area around Sebring.
