He answered any/all questions and concerns we had, giving an in depth explanation as to what was causing the issues to happen with our home, following with the report which was very helpful in attaining the results we needed for repairs. First off Deborah who answered the phone was so nice and very informative. She gave me tips and things to look for on my house hunt before ever scheduling an appointment with the company. Once we scheduled the inspection. Jeff was very punctual and thorough. He went above and beyond. It was his inspection that provided us the information we needed to walk away from that purchase and keep looking. We had him back out to inspect another home for us and we close on it this week. Would definitely recommend this company and would use again if the need was to arise!!!!

The communication was excellent. When I telephoned a person answered and was able to make an appointment for me within a week. Jeff arrived precisely when he was expected. He was friendly, quick, efficient and thorough. He put booties over shoes when in the house. The report was received by me and by my agent the next morning as promised. All in all an excellent experience and I highly recommend him.
