Spanish Gardens Apartments

I’ve lived at this complex for many years, and it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartments are great, the staff is always friendly and courteous, and they genuinely care about their tenants. The maintenance team takes real pride in their work—when my heat went out last week, Ryan and Mike were at my apartment within minutes, quickly fixing the furnace and even doing preventative maintenance on the hot water heater while they were there. It’s a well-maintained, dog-friendly community that I highly recommend. Also the new floors look great !!!

Obviously this is could be subject to change, but, I will say that Spanish Garden has been our slice of heaven from EVEN BEFORE WE MOVED IN. Jessica in the main office has been so patient with my questions and concerns and everything in between. I can assure you, I can be a pain in the ass when I see something I want, and have concerns about every little thing. This office, the maintenance crew, all have been a delight. Dont get me started on the apartment itself. We have a two-bedroom and its so cute. Fully renovated, firewall for sound dampening, appliances in tip top shape. New bathroom installed, just an absolute BEAUTY. My wife and I loved our time here. The apartments are beautiful on the inside and outside, the grounds as well and the staff is super attentive to keeping everything nice. The entire staff has always been very kind and helpful. I always felt like I got excellent value for the price, that was the deciding factor when I moved there and I think you'd be hard pressed to find a nicer place with as much square footage in a nice location like Spanish Gardens.

I have had a great experience working with Hannah, Jessica and Brandon here at Spanish Gardens. They are all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions or concerns you have. The property is gorgeous and the they did such a great job cleaning and preparing my apartment for move in. I was in an unfortunate situation with needing to move and they worked with me throughout the whole process, and constantly kept me updated on how things were going. Everything went so smooth and I’m so thankful to all the staff who were able to help me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Ive spent many years with this complex, and by far, its the best ive ever lived in. They genuinely care about and for their tenants. I had lost heat in my apartment and within minutes of a phone call, Ryan came to check things out and ultimately decided to replace my heater and my water tank, which had some struggles too (all while a snow storm was approaching). A huge THANK YOU to Ryan and the maintenance crew for going above and beyond to keep my family warm and cozy this winter. There are so many reasons, Im grateful for this community.
