I have rented several places from this company. They all were beautiful and in very good condition. Several issues that came up while we were living there were taken care of by Brenda and her team within days. I highly recommend Space Coast Realty Corp and Brenda Muh for her good reputation and service they provide. This is the best company in this area.

Avoid Brenda at all costs. She is by far one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I had never dealt with her before the incident, yet she mistakenly installed a lockbox on my own house in SE Palm Bay. When I came outside and asked who she was, she refused to identify herself and even called me her tenant. I explained that I was the homeowner, and she immediately began yelling, claiming I “didn’t know anything about real estate” and boasting about her 40 years of experience. I had to call the police because of how unprofessional and aggressive she was. Even after realizing her mistake, she refused to apologize and acted as if she was in charge of the situation. Brenda and her team at Space Coast have managed my rental property since 2017. I live out of state and need a reliable company.
