They charge way too much for their properties. It’s highway robbery. It’s greed. Stop supporting this , stop paying it . $1200 for a studio is absurd. this is a small town. No wonder there are so many homeless. Nobody can afford to live here. Something needs to change. It needs to change now.. Be that change.

DO NOT USE SOWINS-My family and I rented from sowins for a little over a year and from start to finish it was a compete nightmare. From Ana the leasing agents lack of communication all the way to upper management/owners, to not getting pictures of the unit, to the property owners leaving behind undisclosed items in the home and expecting us to store them as it was “normal procedure” along with a proper cleaning not done finding dog/human hair embedded in the carpet. Having constant violating inspections to the home. Then when a maintenance items was needing had to wait weeks to get someone out then over 6 months of them doing insurance claims for fixing a washing machine resulting in us having to source our own. Once finally moving out we were charged an hefty cleaning fee along with an “y

I rented a unit in a duplex from Sowins for the last two years. They were always really prompt with any maintenance requests and were great about communicating. They do require a quarterly check of the property where they come in and take pictures of the unit, I didn’t mind it, but I know that some people are less comfortable about that. After being a homeowner, it was nice to be a renter and have a property management group that made things easier on me as the renter. I would rent from them again.

Met with Carla and Chrsitina. They were both so personable and knowledgeable. We're listing our Seaside cottage for rent with them. I have so much confidence that they will serve me perfectly well.

HORRIBLE management company. Not a pleasure to deal with, at all. Invasion of privacy and letting owners run rough shot over tenants. Do NOT recommend.
