Pacific Rim Apartments

My overall review of the property after living at the Pacific Rim Apartments for a little under three years. Cleanliness 2/10: since the management changed from the previous manager, the entire site has slowly gotten worse. The landscaper does not use a catcher for the month tall grass. This means if you walk in any of the lawns there will be grass throughout your apartment. Even if you don’t walk in the grass others will. This causes the hallways to become filthy quite fast. You would think it wouldn’t matter because the hallways are maintained by Pacific Rim. Wrong, the person that cleans the hallways doesn’t vacuum or sweep and would mop over dirt and debris. I’ve been living here almost 2 years, the new landlord Miss Pettapiece has been amazing, always responds promptly and whenever my apartment has issues (which is rare) it’s fixed within a week. Cannot recommend a better apartment complex in all of clatsop county!

My son lived here approx 3 years ago. When I visited, the property was always clean, building looks very nice , management was always friendly and answered questions. The apartment my son rented was beautiful, well built. My husband and I look forward to applying to the waitlist

Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Costco and Walmart. It’s non-smoking but that doesn’t stop the tenants who do smoke, so if non-smoking is important don’t move here. Occasional dumpster divers will come at night and dig through the garbage. Nice interiors. Close to Seaside Beach. Overall it’s been okay living here.

We have not even moved in; however, I could not ask for a more caring, professional, hospitable environment. As of January 2020, there is a new on- site manager who truly cares about the tenants! Their happiness and the incredible ease of the application is first and foremost!
