Sovereignty at Winter Park

My biggest issue with this place is the ROACH INFESTATION. (See pictures/videos) They'll say that they dont have any roaches and that someone brought them there. It's so bad that they will crawl on you while your sleeping. Their pest control guy does nothing about it. They do nothing about it. Apartments leak when the rain falls and that water runs into the walls and around the windows. Water the electric socket would pool up by our door inside and we'd almost step into it and it was such a big safety risk and they didn't care. They fixed the decking and replaced the insulation in the wall and the leaks were still there. I have lived at this location for over 10 years and unfortunately they have really let the property get run down. The gates don't work, they don't have a working sprinkler system so all the plants and grass have died off and been replaced with weeds. Recently I had an issue that started when they had to work on something for the unit above mine, and when they "finished" there was a water leak that started to leak under the tile an into my bedroom carpet. I immediately contacted the office and spoke with Rose and she said it would be taken care of, needless to say it wasn't. It took over 6 weeks to get the issue finally addressed. I will start with you will be the judge of this place. Also, I will add that at my time of tenancy we went through 2 different administrations that are not longer in the office. With that being said it's still he same main company supporting this complex. I can only speak of my experience. I lived in this complex for a year and a half. The sign in front claims it's a "luxury apartment" which it is not. At most this place should be rated a 2 star. The buildings are in need of serious renovations, the appliances, the building structures even the amenities they claim to have. I lived at this place for nearly 4 years and I’m so glad I moved. Initially it was great thanks to JACKIE. She was awesome and was always there when I needed her. Everyone else was horrible - management and maintenance included. This place is roach infested and the apartment parking lot constantly floods, and there is no real sense of urgency when it comes to an actual emergency. My AC always had problems and they just had no care in the world. At one point my AC stopped working completely, I came in to a thermostat that read 91 Degrees and no one showed up to my place for over 3 hours after constantly calling about it. DO NOT BE FOOLED I have been living in sovereignty for the last 6 years, 4 of which were when I stayed with my mom and the last 2 I have been living on my own. I would first like to start by saying all these recent positive reviews you’re seeing are made by office staff which they deny on other reviews but anyone can see how all the reviews were written the same day.
