I honestly would not recommend living here. Since moving in, it’s been one headache after another. My car was towed because of miscommunication between management and the towing company, and I never got reimbursed even though it wasn’t my fault. That alone should tell you a lot. I’ll update this review if I do by the grace of God get reimbursed but I’m not getting my hopes up. I also brought up an issue about my upstairs neighbors dropping lit blunt remnants onto my patio. Instead of handling it, I was told, “You should probably handle that.” That’s not something tenants should have to deal with, especially when it’s a safety concern. I've lived here for two years now. Work orders are always completed super fast sometimes within an hour or two. Francisco and Alvis are super cool maintenance guys. The office staff is also super friendly. Looking forward to renewing!

Current resident..... And as others who lived here before the management change have said. It has been an horrible experience since the change. Maintenance was amazing before, now they clear things out without fixing it and the apartment manager always has a "reason" for them saying they completed a service order when they haven't. My backdoor has been broken for 4 months and counting and of course there is no logical reason other than "we can't find another handle". Also, I had to go to the office to clear up am issue about my service animal that I've had over a year now but suddenly my paperwork isn't sufficient for. Our experience with this apartment complex has been incredibly frustrating. It has been almost two months since moving out, and we still have not received our security deposit refund. The management team is a revolving door- someone new is always in charge, and no one seems to know what’s going on. Communication is horrendous, and getting a straightforward answer is nearly impossible. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value transparency, consistency, and good communication.
