Many things must have changed since last share. I have been a resident for nearly 3 years. And though we have had a few manager changes, the property has been steadily upgraded, apartments have been refurbished (as they become available), and management/maintenance has been "Johnny-on-the-spot" about getting any issues taken care of. My neighbors have been considerate, mostly quiet, and look out for one another in a healthy way. A true blessing!
Southood, it is income based ghetto housing that the management dosent take care of at all. Trash everywhere and the worst residents ever.
