Stinky stinky stinky!!!! Had to run the sink for several minutes before water isn't rotten egg flavored. Also, you can't open your window after 6/7 pm or else it will smell like sewage and rot 😃👍 My baby's room was always aerated with cigarette smoke from the neighbors anyway so we weren't really able to have the windows open much at all. 🤱🚬🤢
Wouldn't recommend if my life depended on it. Your neighbors WILL peer into your window/blinds to watch you. Cecilia (landlord) and her team WILL enter your home without permission, and while you are not on the property. The apartments do initially come dirty but rest assured, no money will be returned to you once you have cleaned it and then leave.
No functioning washer or dryer for a majority of our time living at the apartments, despite CONSTANTLY calling for repairs. Such a scammy place.
This place had no privacy. Felt very uncomfortable and watched. Someone came into my apartment to fix my washing machine and was walking around my apartment UPSTAIRS!!! No sense of safety :/ I wish I could leave zero stars
