DO NOT RENT HERE! Worst management ever! We moved out beginning of this year (Jan 2025) and they have YET to give us our deposit back (we are now in Dec 2025) South Winds Apartments we dealt with black mold inside the whole apartment for MONTHS. Their “specialist” basically told us to learn to live with it because it was “common” here in New England. They sent us to collections because they said we didnt paid for “$600 worth of wear & tear + damages” even though we had a $2k deposit. Then they tried to say we never pay the deposit lol but without a deposit they wouldn’t let you move in there. Property manager then said that I didnt pay 1 month of rent and thats why I didnt have a deposit. LIES I have always paid my rent on time and I have proof. Oscar is polite, professional and proficient at his job. I put in a job request and he was at the door within 1/2 hour and finished the job quickly and left the work area clean!! Hands down one of my favorite maintenance guys!

Absolutely great service! My dishwasher had kicked the can so I had put in a request after normal business hours. The very next morning Willie arrived bright and early, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the dishwasher in no time. He even removed the dishes that was in the old one and placed them on the counter without me even asking so that was a plus. Great service, I would highly recommend!

When Oscar Cruz gave me this popped in card I had to run on here and share our experience 100%. He just came and fixed our thermostat for Maintenance and he’s always such a delight when he comes to fix something. He always has such a great attitude and awesome personality. He’s Very personable and respectful and takes his job seriously. He makes you feel like your family and not just another tenant living here. My husband and I would like to give him 10 stars for all his hard work for the several times he’s been here. Your favorite Tenants in 47A 😊.

Oscar and Willie are amazing replaced my vertical blinds and are such friendly kind people my whole blind got all jammed and some of them had fallen off put in the request and not even 24 hours later the issue was resolved. 🙏🏽I pray for there success
