If I could give 6 stars, I would! Since working with Zach I made sure to tell everyone I know who is considering buying/selling to use his services. When buying my first home, I went through two other agents before starting with him. I wanted someone I could trust, which included trusting that my agent would tell me when a house was not worth the price or was not the right fit for me instead of trying to sell me anything and everything just to make commission. I was a very picky buyer and Zach paid attention to all of the items on my checklist before sending me homes to look at.
