They take forever to get anything done you literally have to push them to get things done. Management is horrible, if you put a work order you won't hear from them in over a week! They literally do nothing and still can't manage to get they're little work done. They open LATE so don't bother trying to ever make it near opening hours. I honestly have never rented where they don't cover pest control this place doesn't, not a big deal this is cheap but still I thought people should know. Places of full of roaches and spiders and they don't cover this for you. Staff is so lazy and unprofessional read through all the comments and you can see everyone complains about them. My apt was given to me SUPER dirty I had to contact them. Unprofessional lazy staff. Go somewhere else this place is TRASH.

I wish I could give them -100 star , first I lived in these apartments for two years they come and check apartments more than 5 times and they wright the stuff needed to change but never show up , second I went to check out on the end of the month asked them if I can leave on the 15 they said absolutely yes , and after it they charge me the whole month .third I gave back the two keys for the apartment and they charge me 20 Dlls , thief’s,bug infested apartments , lies,

I moved out recently. They never gave me a moved in checklist paper. Now they charged for me a missing key and missing door fridge. My friend told me, the last manager in this place was a better one, cause they really explained about the moved-in process. I moved-in this place, they just handed me the keys and that’s it. They never handed me a paper and explained that I need to fill up about the missing items in the unit. I gave them four keys before I moved out, now they saying they just received three keys. I gave them a good review during my move out process, but now I am writing this for everyone to know about the management issues.

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible, this office absolutely sucks. Total lack of professionalism let alone zero communication skills whatsoever. I think they need to take a crash course refresher solely based on customer service to fix, and make up for their employees that lack competence; or hire brand new staff with better QUALIFICATIONS.

So far so good, but not having spectrum available at these new apartments would have made me think twice. If spectrum was available here I'd give it a 6 star.
