I just moved here, and my family and I really love the place. It's awesome that you get your own washer and dryer. They have a park basketball court and a gym too, so that's a plus. It's even dog-friendly. The staff there are awesome. I really appreciate Alivia and Rachel for helping us get in; they are really nice and really good with communication. We did have a few things that needed fixing, but Omar came by and took care of us. He's really nice, and he's really good with communication as well. I appreciate all three of them.
I LOVE OUR NEW HOME, MY MINNIE ME & FINALLY HAVE FOUND A PLACE THAT LOVES FUR BABIES, STAFF ARE SUPER NICE, ITS LIKE A WARM CHRISTMAS FEELING WHEN I WAKE UP HERE WITH MY MINNIE PIN NEXT TO ME, AND WE LOVE THE LANDSCAPE, PERFECT TO WALK AROUND & SOON WE WILL START EXPLORING INTO THE FOOD PLACES HERE, THE PARKS, AND RIDING THE TROLLY!! =) THANK YOU FOR ACCEPTING MY BEAUTIFUL LITTLE FUR BABY & ME, WE CAN START OUR LIVES A NEW.... =)
No complaints when you have beautiful apartment in a safe town . Southtown worked with me for almost 3 months trying to get me and my son in a better situation. 💙 love them for that tons of patience and back and forth contact. Thank you Steven and Melinda for hard work ! *UPDATE*!!!!!!! living there 8 months now still very much enjoying our apartment.... Love how they have after school snacks for the children when available in the clubhouse 😅
I love living here at Southtown. The staff are very nice and friendly. I like all the wonderful amenities. Luxury apattments for sure. I would have given 5 stars but my upstairs neighbor is extremely loud and it is very hard to deal with. I have tried to work this out but I have not been very successful. There needs to be a clearer understanding in the lease about excessive noise and there needs to be a way to deal with it.
Beautiful apartments , awesome experience smooth fast easy moving in . Excellent communication, kind and respectful Manager Rachel , appreciate everything . Fast easy and smooth transition and kind people to deal with.
