Bramblewood Apartments

I've been living here a little over a year now. The apartment is in good shape-- clean and insect/mold-free, and maintenance is quick. We had a problem with our dishwasher when we first moved in, and they had someone out there to fix it pretty quickly. Other than that, all our appliances work well, including the hot water heater (thank goodness). They did a lot of work on the apartments and parking lot over the summer, which went on all day and was quite loud, but we survived and I'm hoping that won't be an annual thing. Management is friendly and accommodating. Utilities are cheap. I think the first January we lived here, we spent under thirty bucks on electricity, including heat. We lived here for 2 and a half years and never had a problem. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and he’s a really nice guy. The manager is always at the office and easy to get a hold of. The apartments themself are in good condition and clean. It’s a nice place to live for not bad rent pricing. We were students at WOU so it was a nice walk to campus. It’s a safe environment, most people are students there. Overall, we had a good experience and got all our deposit back and never had a problem with management.

One the best apartments I've ever lived in, Vicki the manager is a wonderful person. Maintenance was always done timely and well. As a student at WOU it was a quick walk to campus and I never felt unsafe.

Jane is no longer the manager and this is a great place to live. Nicely maintained apartments, lots of space, great prices, close laundry facilities, a safe location, and the noise is minimal.
