This Moe form Southport apartments, am writing in My behalf to say a good thingz about Ms tahetia parker. She is an awesome manager , whenever I go the office and tell her what my problem is she will make sure she will do her best to take care of you or your apartments. She never complain when I go over there , even if she is crazy busy , she will find a way to help you out , Ms Parker is a young caring loving respectable human being , People in the complex say a such good things about her , she doesn’t yell at you even if you talking crazy to her , she will never yell at you she will approach you in a god manner o r respectable way, To be honest I have live in So many apartment complex in Alexandria , all the managers I have dealt with , I have never seen one like Ms Parker who is gene

I just moved in a month ago and so far I like the neighborhood, the location and the cleanliness of the complex. I had some issues in my apartment and the office and maintenance team have fulfilled my request. Every body from the office are nice “Margarita, Jordan, Brianna and Moises from the maintenance crew. Thanks all!

They held me more than a week saying that they need to reach out my previous leasing offices even though I provided everything they needed. Then they made me miss my move out on my current lease. I would’ve been homeless if it weren’t for my friends. Im glad it didn’t work out because it would have been a nightmare to live there putting up with this so called “management”.

My husband and I had an amazing experience touring Southport with the huge help of Ja Wilson, with his guidelines and detailed explanation we came to the decision of becoming the tenants of Southport. Thank you so much Ja Wilson for a splendid job. 🥰🥰

Current Resident - I moved in back in August. Never greeted in the leasing office. Women in back office are not willing to help even if no one is in the front. They do not respond to email communication. They email you and ask you respond, yet they don’t respond. I’m still not in the call box after asking thrice. And parking is never available near my building. I parked in a visitor spot and even with a parking decal, my vehicle was still towed.
