whoever says this place is a 5 star is LYING nd they work for the building to get there review rate up but let me say the truth if we being honest this place has always been a hot spot for the homeless to come to the staircases, smoke there cigs or mary J or whatever and sleep until morning time when everybody gets up. how do i know i stayed here for 5 years walking past most of them on my way to work. the place is nice but managers dont keep up with the place and they up the rent at weird times. consistency is my thing but i also heard alot of people are moving out so if you are moving in just know youre gonna be in for a ride. 4/10

management is garbage. Building is falling apart. This is bathroom ceiling from third floor in my ceiling. Sewage water dripping over my toilet. Management in office refused to talk and let me know anything about tepairs. Called city. I have had differently moving, enough is enough Elevator down for three months.rent keeps going up while quality of customer service continues to nothing If you call downstairs to office they act like it's a problem. Ridiculous . They charge for water sewer, gas ,garbage charge and light bill separate from your apartment. Each month your rent different every month.

I been here for about 8 years and the place has went down especially in the last 2 years. I have requested for them to fix my door for 2 months and no one has done anything about it. Lobby is a mess and one elevator has been down for about 2 months. They keep going up rent but I do not see any improvements.

I would not recommend this place I have to pay $1,100 dollars for a 2 bed 1bath that’s insane the office ladies are supper respectful, but Kendal is so nice and sweet she works hard and I love it the other ladies hard working but I guess it’s nice

Kendall she is great person and she knows how to take care of customers I’m glad to meet meet her I my way she knows what she doing and she great of of what she doing as a work
