Cuyahoga County Auto Title

Rating is when compared to other places like Lake County title offices. Time to ask the Cuyahoga County politicians to open this on Saturdays as well...WHY did you ever close? The people never wanted that. Bureaucracy to the max. Change this already

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. Very rude, very unprofessional. This location should be sent for customer service training. There is an employee with very short hair that takes pride in revisits. Every time I've gone, I've been sent back for more paperwork. Never told what I needed in one trip. I went to Northfield, and was able to get everything taken care of in one trip. What's wrong with that picture? No customer service at Bedford, in a customer service position. If you don't like your job, QUIT! P.S. I was there on Monday, I returned on Wednesday with necessary paperwork and was told my Finance company/Lien holder asked for the Title to be returned. I called the Finance company/Lien holder, asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that was a lie... Bedford Title Bureau - Cus

Rhonda waived me right over while I was looking for the tickets to wait. She was so nice and even helped me fill out my form. She had a sense of urgency. Rhonda had me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! I hope she gets a raise, because she was so awesome and deserves it! Thank you, Rhonda! 😊

Great customer service on a Saturday, 15 minutes before close. I was amazed at how efficient and friendly the staff were to me. Great job!!

In and out, but straight attitude. It’s always the females. Poor customer service.
