Southgate Middletown Apartments

From day one I’ve felt welcomed in this community. The management team is attentive and professional, the apartments are clean and cozy and the grounds are well maintained. Safety and comfort are clearly a priority here and it shows. I’m grateful to call this place home.

Jackie in the leasing office is SO helpful and went out of her way to help me figure out everything I needed to get into my new apartment. She walked me through step by step and made the process so easy for me. The service she provided was outstanding and I would definitely recommend renting in Southgate. Armend the maintenance guy is also so helpful and responds quickly if anything breaks or has an issue.

Met with Jackie today for a tour. She was very accommodating. We had a lot of questions and she was patient and answered all. The weather was nasty and she was kind enough to walk us around and see the amenities. I’m looking forward to working with her.

Apartments have great layouts and support staff Brian and Ramon are terrific and very responsive. All new and clean but construction quality is sub par. Do not understand how ownership can let contractors get away with such poor quality work when ownership is obviously spending big bucks on construction costs.

Was the first one to live in new apartment. Construction quality is terrible. Poor insulation, very thin walls, garbage cans go missing. Attracted garages are nice in the townhome layouts. Lots of potential but very sub par execution
