Place is infested with roaches. Has feces on the hallway walls. When called about roaches they only spray kitchen and bathroom. They don’t bomb apartments. When confronted about issue, they said other residents don’t complain. Garage ceiling sinking in. My packages were stolen multiple times from the locked area and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. As soon as we went to put our money in the court house, they put a 3 day notice on the door attempting to evict. - posted from someone else account to protect privacy.

Once I'm in the apartment, it's nice. A kitchenette to move around in. Superb air-conditioning. Very good carpet. Walls are very standard and uniform. But no porches.

ROACH APARTMENTS!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Please DO NOT rent from this place!!!!! I went to drop off a few things to my friend new empty place and found the apartment filled with roaches!!!! A few dead but, more alive ! I put my keys down and two started to crawl very fast towards them!!!! Omg one roach was eating and dragging a dead roach. There was a few baby roaches. You know what that means.. The roaches was hiding in the corners of the carpet. Even the kitchen and bathroom. Why would someone bring their things and pay for a place like that! I took videos and pictures! Let’s not mention this place is ghetto! You can tell just by talking to them on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t even live here but can careless about others living conditi

Best advice would be to find somewhere else to live. Especially if your elderly or have kids! Environment isn’t safe, rent gets raised, complaints never get fixed, elevators always down, nasty, and the roaches are still sometimes present. Cars get broken into every week……sometimes more than twice a week.

I been living here for 3 yrs. A new company has taken over and you can never call the office directly like you use to do with the other two company's. A service answers the calls and relay the message to the office so they have the choice to call back at their convenience They treat you like a number. No one is friendly they don't greet you with a smile when you come into the office. I use to come to the office and resign my lease they taped all my personal information on my door to sign my lease and return it to the office. They are just so unprofessional.
